When you place an order on desic.in, you are requesting to purchase the selected products.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email, WhatsApp, SMS or another available method of communication.

An order confirmation does not guarantee fulfilment if there is a product availability issue, payment issue, pricing error, technical error or suspected fraudulent activity.

If we are unable to fulfil an order after payment has been received, we will contact you regarding the order and any applicable refund.

7. Payment

Orders must be paid for using the payment methods available on our website.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers. Your use of these payment services may also be subject to the terms and policies of the relevant payment provider.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe mentioned on the website or communicated to you.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather, public holidays and other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been handed over to the delivery partner, delays caused by the courier may be outside our direct control. We will assist with delivery-related issues where reasonably possible.

Desic is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

9. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

All Desic orders are final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour preference, fit or styling preferences, ordering the wrong product or any other personal reason.

All sale and discounted products are also final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

The only exception is where a product is confirmed by Desic to have been damaged or defective during shipping and the required evidence is provided within the specified timeframe.

10. Damaged or Defective Products

Every product is thoroughly checked before being packed and shipped.

If a product arrives damaged or defective due to shipping, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

A complete, continuous unboxing video is mandatory for any damage or defect claim.

The video must begin before the package is opened and clearly show the unopened package, the package being opened, the product being removed and the damage or defect being discovered.

Photos alone may not be sufficient to process a damage or defect claim.

11. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
