At Desic, every piece is quality checked and packed with care before shipping.
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product received is damaged or defective.
To be eligible for a return in such cases:
- You must record a complete unboxing video showing the package from all sides before opening.
- The issue must be reported to us within 5 days of delivery along with the video and order details.
- Once verified, we’ll process a 100% refund or replacement, as per your preference.
Items without an unboxing video or reported beyond 5 days will not be accepted.
